Payment and Insurance Information

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Saskatoon Oral Surgery Phone Number 306-652-9454.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your private insurance coverage.

We do not direct bill to private insurance companies. If you have insurance coverage, we will provide you with an insurance claim form that you can submit to your insurance company.

Payment options:

• Cash and all credit and debit payments. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, please contact your banking facility in advance to ensure your transaction amount will be accepted.
• We do not accept personal cheques.

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

Effective July 7, 2025 – Saskatoon Oral Surgery is set up to bill the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) directly for eligible patients. The CDCP is a federal program designed to help reduce out-of-pocket dental care costs for Canadians who meet the government’s eligibility requirements. Kindly note that if you have CDCP and private dental insurance, you will be responsible for payment on the day of your appointment and we will provide you with the forms to submit to CDCP and your private dental insurance.
